Content Standards

You may not submit, upload, post, link to, request, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.

Without limitation, the following are strictly prohibited:

Any content involving minors, anyone under 18, or anyone presented, described, or appearing to be under 18.

Any child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or content that promotes, requests, or normalizes sexual activity involving minors.

Any non-consensual sexual content, including rape, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, exploitation, intoxication-based incapacity, unconscious persons, hidden-camera content, voyeuristic recordings, or image-based abuse.

Any intimate images or videos shared without the consent of the person depicted, including “revenge porn”, leaks, stolen content, hacked material, or doxxing.

Any content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

Any content uploaded without the right to upload, share, license, or distribute it.

Any content that contains malicious code or is used to deliver malware, phishing, or other harmful payloads.

Any content used only as a placeholder to reserve a username, profile, gallery name, slug, or other identifier.

Any content that reveals personal, confidential, or identifying information about another person without lawful authority and consent.

Any content that advertises, facilitates, or solicits illegal activity.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these terms, our policies, applicable law, or the safety and operational needs of the forum, even if the content is not explicitly listed above.

Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of these terms and may take any action we reasonably consider appropriate, including warning users, removing content, limiting visibility, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, preserving evidence, and reporting matters to law enforcement or other authorities.

We may, where appropriate or required, cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, rightsholders, trusted flaggers, hosting providers, payment providers, and other relevant third parties.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content at any time and for any reason consistent with applicable law and our policies.

Your Account

You may need an account to use some features of the forum.

To create an account, you must provide accurate information, including a valid e-mail address, and keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless and until you notify us that your account has been compromised and we have had a reasonable opportunity to act.

You must choose a secure password and keep it confidential.

You must notify us promptly at info@unhoardhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created legal risk for us or others, infringed intellectual property rights, engaged in abuse or fraud, or posted prohibited content.

You may request closure of your account by e-mailing info@unhoardhub.com.

Your Content

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your intellectual property to us. Between you and Unhoardhub, you remain responsible for content you submit to the forum.

By submitting content to the forum, you represent and warrant that:

you own the content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to submit it and allow us to use it under these terms;

the content does not violate these terms or applicable law; and

the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You grant Unhoardhub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, display, distribute, moderate, and make available your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, promote, and provide the forum.

This license ends within a commercially reasonable period after your content is removed from the live service, except to the extent the content has already been shared by others, retained in backups, preserved for legal or safety reasons, or required for dispute resolution, enforcement, or compliance.

We are not obligated to store, maintain, or provide copies of content you submit.

We may remove, redact, reclassify, refuse, or restrict access to content in accordance with these terms and our policies.

Others may copy or misuse content you post. You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for acts of third parties involving your content.

Your Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unhoardhub, its operators, owners, affiliates, service providers, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

your use of the forum;

your content;

your violation of these terms; or

your violation of any law or the rights of any person or entity.

We will give you prompt notice of any claim covered by this section when reasonably possible. You agree to cooperate with the defense of such claims. We may control the defense and settlement of any such claim, provided we will not settle a claim in a way that admits your fault or imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent.

Disclaimers

You use the forum and any content on the forum at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the forum is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or security.

We do not guarantee that the forum will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that content will be accurate, complete, lawful, or suitable for your purposes.

The forum may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or practices.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unhoardhub and its suppliers, affiliates, service providers, and personnel will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, opportunities, goodwill, data, or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Unhoardhub and its suppliers, affiliates, service providers, and personnel for any claim arising out of or relating to the forum or these terms will not exceed the greater of:

(a) 50 SCR; or
(b) the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Feedback

We welcome feedback and suggestions about the forum.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, and without any obligation of confidentiality.

Please do not submit feedback that you consider confidential or proprietary.

Termination

You may stop using the forum at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the forum at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, other users, or third parties, or if required for legal, operational, or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the forum ends immediately.

The following sections survive termination: Your Content, Your Responsibility, Disclaimers, Limits on Liability, Feedback, Disputes, General Terms, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

You and Unhoardhub agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the forum will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Seychelles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you want arbitration instead of court litigation, this section should be reviewed and rewritten by local counsel before publication.

General Terms

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign these terms, in whole or in part, as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Any failure to enforce a provision of these terms is not a waiver.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Unhoardhub regarding use of the forum, and supersede any prior agreements relating to the forum.
